- Fill out permit form
- Agreement letter from center or site where the kiosk or office will be placed (original and copy), including type of activity and the allowed period.
- Copy of license to which kiosk or office belongs. It should be effective and issued by Sharjah or any other emirate.
- Photo of kiosk or office and a map indicating its location.
- Approval from Food Control Section, Public Health Department in Sharjah City Municipality, in case of selling food products.
- Approval form Sharjah Health Authority in case of selling therapeutic and medical products.
• License from inside the emirate: 1500 dirhams per month
• A license from outside the emirate: 2000 dirhams per month
Department of Economic Development branches from 7:30 to 3:30
Service delivery centers (Tas’heel) from 8 am to 8 pm
